The official platform for affordable housing options in New York City is currently showcasing 11 buildings with rental units available from $1,000.

These units are available throughout each of the five boroughs.

A newly constructed budget-friendly housing complex in Queens includes garages, electric vehicle charging stations, and air conditioning units. The amenity package features a gym, recreational room, pet spa, outdoor terrace, and rooftop terrace, available for a monthly fee of $100.
