Homeland Security Panel Holds First Border Hearing

House Republicans are ready this week to seize the issue of U.S. immigration. They took a trip to see the Biden administration border security.

On Tuesday, the Homeland Security Committee will hold its first full hearing on immigration since President Joe Biden took office. The panel will hear from many as well as a variety of witnesses. One of the witnesses will be a mother of two young children who died in a hospital in Arizona, due to opioid overdose.

Green Led members on the grip to the border last week to meet with regional officials. They were also there to observe the U.S. customs as well as the border control policies.

A lot of the hearing on Tuesday focused on the debate between Biden Administration policies and illegal narcotic smugglings.
