Two weeks ago, Marvel’s hit series “Wandavision” came to a close with its ninth and final episode airing on Disney+. The show was met with positive criticism from audiences and critics alike and served as a fabulous way to kick off phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Now, Marvel plans to release their second series on Disney+: “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”. The show will follow Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) as they team up on a global mission that’ll test both their abilities and patience. The release date is set for next Friday, March 19 and the series will cost $7 a month to stream.

“I am hoping to see Bucky develop as his own character instead of being just a sidekick.” Courtney St. Onge, a junior at Hamilton High School told the Husky Paw Print. “I am so excited and have seen all the trailers.”

Adallis Pantry, another junior at Hamilton High and fan of the MCU, explained to the HPP that, while she’s excited for the show, her expectations are not high.

“I think that Marvel’s shows always have a great plot line, but the endings aren’t very satisfactory in comparison to the movies.” She elaborated.

If you are interested in watching “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” make sure to look for it next week on Disney+.
