Harry Styles’ Long Awaited “Love On Tour” Has Started and Fans Couldn’t Be More Excited.
September 13, 2021
On Sep. 4, Harry Styles kicked off his North American tour for his most recent album, “Fine Line.” Originally, the tour was supposed to start in 2020, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic Styles had no choice but to postpone it. Many fans were upset, as a lot had already bought tickets. Earlier this year, Styles released new tour dates. Some fans were not happy as some shows were changed and others were cancelled altogether. In a recent interview, Styles said “As always, the well-being of my fans, band and crew, is my top priority.” But, Styles did add some new dates to the map, as well as adding some gigs here and there. To make the anticipation even more great, Jenny Lewis is opening all of Styles’ shows which makes fans really excited. Lewis will be performing for half-an-hour before a 30 minute break. After that, Styles will finally come to the stage and start the show which is planned to last about an hour or an hour and a half.
The tour started on Saturday, Sep. 4 in the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. In order to keep everyone safe, Harry and his team required masks to be on properly the entire show even if you are fully vaccinated. To enter, you had to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test three days prior to the concert.
Some may ask, what is the set list for this tour? Many fans love to know what songs Styles will perform so they can dress accordingly. Luckily, Styles released his official set list and many fans are excited. The show starts off with “Golden” from this album, but goes on to “Carolina” from his last album which was released in 2017. After that he will go on to perform a fan favorite, “Adore You”. “Only Angel” and “She” from his self-titled album will be next. He’ll go back to Fine Line and sing “Falling” but with an introduction of “Two Ghosts” from his self-titled. Then, “Sunflower Vol 6,” “Woman,” “Cherry,” “Lights up” and “Canyon Moon” after that. He then will go on to perform his song that was inspired by his brand, “Treat People With Kindness.” After that, Styles brings back some One Direction memories by performing their hit debut single, “What Makes You Beautiful.” He will then go on singing a slow song, “Fine Line” named after his album. Finally, he ends his shows with some of his most popular songs. “Sign Of The Times,” “Watermelon Sugar” and “Kiwi.”
Not only are fans excited to hear Styles singing all these songs, and hearing some live for the first time. Many fans are also really excited to see what Styles is wearing. Fans are coming to a conclusion that Styles will wear a different outfit in every show he’s doing! Fans are so excited, and some are even buying some new clothes to be able to match with Styles. In his debut show for this tour, Styles was wearing a bright hot pink sequined vest, wearing nothing underneath showing off his chest full of tattoos. He paired the top with hot pink loose dress pants, and nude boots. In his second show in Denver, he wore a striped blue and white buttoned shirt, with almost all the buttons undone. With that, he wore red suspenders which were clipped onto red pants that were similar to the one he wore in his Vegas show. And of course, he paired the outfit with some red boots.
All in all, fans from all over the United States are excited to see Harry perform live after a year. Even though his Canada and Europe shows were cancelled he will find a way to make it there soon. Tickets for his North America shows can be found on the Harry Styles official website as well as Ticketmaster. Harry is so excited to see all his fans!
