On Monday, Jan. 23, American rapper and singer Doja Cat made a jaw-dropping appearance at Schiaparelli’s opening runway show of the Haute Couture Week in Paris. 

She was covered head-to-toe in red paint and 30,000 Swarovski crystals. Designed by Schiaparelli’s creative director Daniel Roseberry and inspired by Dante Alighieri’s poem “The Divine Comedy,” the outfit consisted of a Schiaparelli Haute Couture dress, a skirt with wooden beads, a bustier and red boots. Pat McGrath was the mastermind behind her makeup. It took a total of five hours to make the look come to life. 

She arrived with stylist Brett Alan Nelson who was wearing a matching red suit.
