New evidence proves the Biden Administration pressured Facebook and Twitter to censor right leaning users. On Oct. 20, data analyst, Justin Hart, filed new evidence in his federal lawsuit against Facebook, Twitter and President Joe Biden. Hart sued the trio back in Aug. 2021, for violating his first amendment right by monitoring, flagging, suspending and deleting social media posts that they deemed “misinformation.” Since filing his lawsuit, the Library Justice Center as well as the State attorney’s office and other nonprofit lawyer firms found that “Big Tech” and the Biden Administration were colluding at the highest level, according to an article that was posted by the Library of Justice last month.

It seems that the Biden administration as well as social media platforms have worked together in the past; back in the height of the pandemic, Facebook offered the Federal government $15 million in COVID-19 advertisements on their platform, to which they took. Facebook as well as Twitter worked with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Biden Administration on ways to censor what they deemed as “Misinformation.”  According to the Liberty Justice Center, “Facebook used proprietary tools to monitor social media posts that contradicted the federal government’s COVID narrative and reported such posts to the federal government.”

An article posted by The Washington Post written Oct. 10, states that more than 50 government officials across 13 agencies “threatened, cajoled and colluded” with social media companies to silence online speech about topics the Biden Administration disliked, such as election integrity, the origins of the novel coronavirus and COVID restrictions, according to a lawsuit filed by the state attorneys general.
