Divya Potta, a sophomore here at Hamilton High has been playing tennis for this past year. Her favorite part about the sport is that it’s a fun, interactive sport that demonstrates how both individual work and teamwork are crucial in life. She loves it when the ball swings off her racket onto the other side of the court, because she gets that feeling of victory running throughout her veins. She loves being a part of a team where she feels included and hopes to be successful with her future tennis career. 

Her plans for the future when it comes to tennis are to try out for the Junior Varsity team in the spring. She loves the team and hopes to make more memories with her team in the future. Potta’s passion for the sport will surely take her to far places and her determination will take her even further. Wimbledon better look out, because Divya Potta is on her way!
