Russia Allegedly Kidnapping Children

Russia Allegedly Kidnapping Children

Nick Kier

It’s a sad day when the world’s leaders turn to such jurassic measures in the face of desperation. That day is today, Kyiv, the epicenter of the Russian frontal assault, is shining some light on some of the things that the Russian government is doing. According to the Kyiv government, thousands of children have been taken from their homes and kidnapped to be raised and brainwashed as Russians.

All this after accusations of Russian soldiers raping and torturing the children of Kyiv, even going so far as using them as human shields during their “tactical repositioning,” according to Insider. The White House’s statement was appalling, “Make no mistake: these actions have no legitimacy. The United States will always honor Ukraine’s internationally recognized borders… $1.1 billion in additional security assistance.” They completely ignore the horrific things that are happening to the children of Ukraine and just send more money over to say they support Ukraine and its people, but continuously turn a blind eye to what is really going on, to avoid an official conflict with Russia.

If President of the United States, Joe Biden, were to give the executive order to commence an invasion on Russian soil, it would no doubt start WWIII and lead to a war like no other. Clearly this isn’t an ideal solution, but we as a leading nation can’t just sit idly by and let these atrocities continue to take place on the Ukrainian Children.
