This year, the girls soccer team is expecting a great season. They all have positive mindsets about the new season and how they want to compete in it.

Riana Metzger (12), wants to “finish this year with a bang.” Metzger is committed to play soccer at Stetson University in Florida next fall.

The soccer team is very humble and supportive of one another. Everyone said that there are no “best” players because they are a team, and they play as one.

Cara Barth (12) wants to “win state and is very excited for the rest of the season.” She is undecided about if she wants to play soccer in college, but if she was, she would want to go to Metro State in Colorado.

The hard work and dedication that will be put into this season should determine how this season will end.

Kendyl Traube (12) is looking forward to “seeing all the hard work that will be put into the season.”

It seems like everyone is looking forward to winning state and finishing off the 2014-2015 season with a bang.

McKaya Brown (12) wants to win state because, “It is [her] last year and [she] need[s] to win.” She is committed to the University of Arizona and will definitely continue soccer there, on a scholarship.

So Hamilton, sit back and prepare for a great season of girls soccer.
