Hamilton Girls Basketball started out their season with a huge win against Tolleson Union High School. The Huskies won with a final score of 89-33.  In quarter one of the basketball game, Hamilton was up 20-6 at the 4-minute mark. They lead with thirty-five points and they carried that lead all the way to the last quarter. All twelve girls on the team got in the scoring column. Being that they did so well last year the girls have a big season ahead of them.  Ally Martinez (12) commented that “ We hope to make it to the state championships and claim another win.” Once again the girls’ team won, in their second game against Queen Creek with a score of 54-27. They again lead each quarter and swept the game with multiple three-pointers and two pointers. Graciela Royball led all scorers with 20 points. The team has said that “we want to stay undefeated this year.” Keep updated on how the girls do this season and their journey to keep on winning. #gohuskies
