After a long two weeks, the girls finally get to take it slow on the week of Feb. 22, 2021. After their win against Pinnacle and Corona del Sol the girls get to rest up for their next game against the Chandler Wolves. The Huskies went up against Pinnacle on Feb. 19, 2021 on their home court, and dominated by a score of 61-29.

Following that game they faced off with Corona del Sol on Feb. 20, 2021 and once again walked off of the court victorious with a final score of 61-24. After both of these games the girls have a record  13-1. Their next game will take place here at home against the Chandler Wolves.

The game will start at 7 pm sharp on Feb. 26, 2021. This will not be their first time facing off with the Wolves, in fact, on Jan. 26, 2021 our girls walked away from the Wolves’s Den with a score of 64-26. As for the Chandler girls they have had a tough season so far with an ongoing seasonal score of 2-9, where they have won two games and lost nine. But they should not be underestimated, anything can go down on the court, good luck Huskies!

Unlike the girls, the boys have had quite a week, but before getting into the week of Feb. 22, 2021, the boys had two games. One of their games was against Pinnacle High School on Feb. 19, 2021 where they lost with a close score of 55-49.

However, soon after on Feb. 20, 2021 they faced off against the Aztecs from Corona del Sol where they won with a score of 50-47. Followed by this game they also went up against the Pumas from Perry on Feb. 22, 2021, where they lost 43-37.

Soon after the match against the Pumas they found themselves going up against the Basha Bears on Feb. 24, 2021 where they came home with a score of 55-45. After this intense week the boys will have their last game of the week on Feb. 26 where they will go up against Hamilton’s rival, the Chandler Wolves. The game will be an away game at Chandler High that will commence at 7 pm sharp. Best of luck Huskies!
