Hurricane Fiona continued a path across the Caribbean Tuesday. The storm has killed at least four people and nearly all of Puerto Rico remained without  electricity or water Tuesday. Ethan Masterson, 19, described what it was like Tuesday. “All you can hear is constant wind blowing and when we’re inside our room you can just hear the wind pushing up against the windows”, said Ethan Masterson. Two deaths happened in Puerto Rico that have been connected to generators. One victim was burned while adding fuel, and another died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Six others were also killed by carbon monoxide poisoning while using generators.
