After a storm rolled into South Florida, Zack Means took his dog on a ride to calm him down. Then the tornado came.

Means recorded the scene on his phone as his car was flung up into the air and flipped then flipped over. Means told reporters he had to stop the car due to debris flying around and the strong winds.

You can hear his dog, Marlin, whining and whimpering in the video. By the end of the storm the dog had ended up in the cargo section of his vehicle. The car was totaled but a man and his best friend walk away together.
