Polk County, FL– A woman from Florida faces accusations of threatening her insurance provider with phrases inscribed on ammunition linked to the recent murder of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO, as reported by law enforcement officials.
Briana Boston, 42, was speaking with BlueCross BlueShield regarding a denied claim when she concluded the call by stating, “Delay.” Refuse. Submit. “You are the next in line,” as stated in an affidavit.
Recently, authorities in New York discovered the identical three words inscribed on the ammunition that was used in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
The affidavit stated that the phrase she used “refers to a specific expression employed in recent events concerning the CEO of UnitedHealthcare insurance company.”
Upon finding Boston at her residence, officers reported that she acknowledged using the phrase, expressed remorse, and stated, “Healthcare companies played games and deserved karma from the world because they are evil.”
She informed the authorities that she did not possess any guns and posed no threat to anyone.
Boston is confronted with allegations of threats related to a potential mass shooting or terrorist act.
