HPP: A California man expressed his regret on Friday for his connection to a 15-year-old girl who was responsible for the deadly shooting of a teacher and another student at a Catholic school in Wisconsin.

The authorities have stated that he told FBI agents that he had been emailing Natalie Rupnow, the shooter in Wisconsin, about attacking a federal facility with a pistol and explosives.
