Fatal Accident in Dallas Claims Life of 23-year-old Woman, Driver to Be Charged With Homicide by Intoxication

An accident that occurred early on Sunday morning in Dallas resulted in the death of a woman who was 23 years old.

According to a press release, officers responded to a call about a collision that occurred at approximately 2:45 in the morning at the intersection created by Northwest Highway and N. Buckner Blvd.

They were going eastbound on Northwest Highway when they lost control of their vehicle, according to the initial investigation that was conducted by the police. The victim was a front passenger in the vehicle.

Determining that Alyssa Rodriguez had passed away, Dallas Fire-Rescue responded at the site.

With only minor injuries, the driver was sent to a nearby hospital for treatment. According to the press statement, it is anticipated that they will be charged with homicide by intoxication.
