Florida Teen's 151 mph Crash Leads to 12-Year Prison Sentence for 6 Deaths

HPP:A guy was given a sentence of twelve and a half years in jail by a judge in Florida for killing six people while driving at 151 miles per hour.

While driving on State Road 7 in Delray Beach, close to the intersection with Atlantic Avenue, Noah Galle, who was only 17 years old at the time, collided with the rear of a vehicle that included six persons inside.

Galle was driving his 2019 BMW5 at speeds of up to 151 miles per hour, as stated in the document that was used to make the probable cause arrest.

The individuals who were traveling in a Nissan Rogue were leaving a farm and entering State Route 7 in the direction of northbound traffic at the typical pace.

The Rogue left the road, flipped over, and came to a final stop upside down, according to the police. Galle’s BMW smashed into the back of the Rogue, which caused it to tip over. The backseat of the Rouge was trampled upon by the back of the vehicle.

Five out of the six people that were inside the Rogue were pronounced dead at the scene by the paramedics. At a hospital, a sixth lost their life.

The victims were identified by the police as Mirlaine I. Julceus, the driver, and Filaine Dieu, Vanice Percina, Remize Michel, Marie M. Louis, and Saint L. Michel. Filaine Dieu was the passenger. An ankle injury occurred to Galle, who was the only person in his vehicle at the time.

The officers and paramedics who were treating Galle at the scene saw that he had a slurred speech and smelled strongly of alcohol, but they did not find any alcohol in his system.

There were six counts of vehicular homicide that were brought against Galle by the prosecution.

Each count had a potential term of up to fifteen years in jail, which meant that he could have been sentenced to up to ninety years in prison. During the course of the inquiry, the police discovered that this particular incident was not the first time that Galle had acted in a speed demon manner.

He had pages on TikTok and Instagram that were dedicated to him driving his luxury automobile aggressively down highways and streets everywhere he went.

With a video that was uploaded to TikTok just two weeks before to the event, he was shown driving at a high rate of speed down Interstate 95.

He offered a prize of $25 to anyone who could correctly guess the speed at which he was traveling. According to the police, Galle also had a sticker of his Instagram account, which was “M5.Noah,” on the windows of his vehicle.

In accordance with the terms of his plea bargain, he entered a guilty plea to six counts of vehicular murder and acknowledged that he would serve a jail sentence of 12.5 years.

Soon after his release, he will be subject to a seven-year probationary period.

“The victims all have written to us that they do not object to this,” Al Johnson, chief assistant state attorney stated to WPEC. “Some of them didn’t even want him to go to jail at all. One wanted us to drop the case entirely.”

There were no members of the victims’ families who expressed dissatisfaction with the length of the prison term, which was practically equivalent to two years of imprisonment for each individual who was slain.

It was reported by the television station that none of the family members of the victim were present in court for the sentencing. As of the third of February, Galle is required to report to the Florida Department of Corrections.
