HPP: Based on the information provided by the Portland Police Department, a guy who is 69 years old has been charged with many offenses.
The man is suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman on many times after assisting her in moving goods home before and over the Christmas holiday. The attacks allegedly took place over the course of the holiday season.
The Portland Police Department received a report from a woman who was 74 years old on December 23. The woman stated that she was on her way back to her house in Downtown Portland with groceries when she stopped for a little period of relaxation from her trek.
According to the victim, she was contacted by a man who agreed to assist her in carrying the luggage; but, when they arrived at her apartment, he blocked the door and kept her from leaving and stopping her from leaving.
The woman went to the authorities and stated that she had been the victim of multiple instances of sexual assault over the course of three days.
She eventually succeeded in convincing the man to leave on December 26. The woman’s report was filed with the authorities.
The suspect was quickly recognized as Kenneth Gregory Williams, and the police contacted his parole officer, who provided a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was issued by the parole officer. More importantly, the culprit was taken into custody.
Williams was arrested on three counts of first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree coercion, and first-degree burglary on January 5. He was taken into custody on January 5 and, after speaking with detectives, he was taken into custody.

In addition to that, there were three allegations of burglary in the first degree.
The police have stated that Williams is currently being probed for more rape allegations that are unrelated to the current case.
It is possible that there are even more incidents that have not been disclosed, and the investigation is currently underway.
It is being requested by the Portland Police Department that anyone who may have information regarding Williams get in touch with them.
