A tractor-trailer struck and killed a man from New Jersey last month in Pennsylvania, according to state investigators. The man had lost control of his vehicle and it was struck by the tractor-trailer.
The crash report that was issued this week by the Pennsylvania State Police revealed that the individual in question was Vladimir Kevereski, who was 58 years old and from Elmwood Park.
On November 22, at around 8:30 in the morning, state troopers responded to a report of a collision involving two vehicles that occurred along Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County. Almost immediately after that, Kevereski was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
According to the police, Kevereski was driving a car on the freeway in the direction of westbound traffic when he lost control of the vehicle due to the slick road conditions. He lost control of the vehicle, and a tractor-trailer then collided with it in a T-bone collision.

According to the report, three occupants in the vehicle had significant injuries and were taken to a local hospital requiring immediate medical attention. They were transferred by ambulance. As of Tuesday, it was not known what their position was.
The tractor-trailer driver did not sustain any injuries in the accident.
