On Thursday morning, a semi-truck and an SUV were involved in a collision in southern Minnesota.

near approximately 9:14 in the morning, according to the State Patrol, the incident took place near the crossroads of Highway 169 and Blue Earth County Road 13 in Garden City respectively.

Both vehicles were traveling in opposite directions when they collided: a 2024 Freightliner driven by Joshua William Krieger, 38, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and a 2018 Ford Escape driven by a guy from Janesville who was 71 years old who was traveling in the east.
