There is a gradual onset of winter, and it is anticipated that temperatures will come down. There is a backdoor cold front that is likely to move across the Borderland today, bringing with it slightly colder temperatures and conditions that are breezy.

The forecast calls for a maximum temperature of sixty degrees by two o’clock in the afternoon, and winds are forecast to travel fifteen to twenty miles per hour east, and then five to ten miles per hour overnight.
