Woman Arrested for Hit-and-run in Fort Lauderdale That Nearly Killed Well-known Boca Raton Hairstylist

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla – A woman who is wanted for a hit-and-run accident that nearly resulted in the death of a man is now facing charges.

At the Broward Detention Center on Thursday, officers made the booking of Tydaijah Murray, who is 29 years old.

On August 11, she is suspected of assaulting a well-known hairstylist in Boca Raton, leaving him in critical condition. The incident allegedly took place in Fort Lauderdale.

Eugene Arsirii, the victim, is still in the process of recuperating from the life-altering injuries he sustained.

Just before midnight, he was on his way home from a workout when he came across a driver who had run out of petrol near the 2300 block of Northwest Sixth Avenue.

It was when Arsirii was assisting in the removal of the disabled vehicle from the roadway that the police reported that Murray had plowed into them and then fled on foot.

In an interview with Local 10 News from the previous week, Arsirii stated that “there has been a constant flow of surgeries ever since the day of the accident.”

The police had been unsuccessful in their efforts to locate Murray, who was operating a vehicle when his license was suspended.

On Friday, she is scheduled to make her initial appearance within the legal system.
